Personal & Community Health
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of personal and community health, focusing on the principles and practices essential for promoting well-being at individual and societal levels.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, students will examine various factors influencing health outcomes, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental determinants. Topics covered will include nutrition, physical activity, stress management, interpersonal relationships, disease prevention, substance abuse prevention, sexual health, and public health initiatives.

Students will engage in critical discussions and practical exercises aimed at developing a holistic understanding of health and cultivating skills necessary for making informed decisions that positively impact personal and community well-being.
