Service Description

Get a fun, intense workout that you can feel proud. Join us for a combination of running, jumping, and squatting, with some friendly competition added in. Equipment needed: - Mat - Water - Towel - Light dumbbells/resistance bands suggested but not required What you get: - Great music - A knowledgeable coach who will guide and motivate your through each exercise. - A Full Body 45 minute workout.
