Semi-Private Training offers all the same benefits as Personal Training, with the twist of knowing you will be exercising with other individuals who are also semi-private clients. Your exercise will be completely individualized to meet your specific needs and goals and can be modified as the need arise.

SO WHY CHOOSE SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?

  • Greater flexibility on scheduling. More time slots are available for semi-private clients because we can schedule more than one client at any specific time. Also, pretty much any time we are open and there, you will be allowed to come get your workout in!

  • You will have the opportunity to build relationships with others who are seriously committed to their health goals. This can lead to cultivating new and meaningful friendships, and another person to motivate and keep you accountable to your exercise goals.

  • You will receive individualized attention like personal training. On average, there will be 1 coach for every 3 clients. Sometimes this may be a little more and at other times a little less.
